My name is Indhira Sturdivant, and my passion for food is deeply rooted in my heritage. Born in the Dominican Republic and having moved to the U.S. many years ago, I’ve embraced both my Dominican roots and global culinary influences, which inspire the bold, vibrant flavors in my cooking. I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, Class of 2017, where I refined my culinary skills and deepened my commitment to excellence.
